The majority of studies using DHIs report significant positive effects in UL activity, which means we would recommend this type of DHI.
Most studies report an increase in the effect (positive effect), but the results are not significant; that means there is no difference between DHI and conventional therapy. We would recommend this DHI as an alternative if the conventional is not available.
There is no enough evidence (only narrative description of studies included) OR there’s a significant negative effect; that means we would not recommend this type of DHI.
